Operator of this installation
The organisation operating this installation is the sponsor or its delegate for the clinical studies recorded here and acts as the controller of the personal data captured in the electronic case report forms. NKResearch Ltd supplies and maintains the software and does not access study data except where a support agreement requires it, in which case it acts under the operator's instructions as a processor.

Regulatory note
The software supports electronic data capture for clinical studies with role-based access, an audit trail of data changes, electronic signatures on locked forms and a data-review workflow. Compliance of a given study with ICH E6 (R3), Regulation (EU) 536/2014 and the applicable data-protection law is the responsibility of the sponsor and the operator, who validate the installation for their intended use.
